Our brains thrive on rhythm, thanks to our internal circadian clock. This internal system regulates our hormones to activate sleep-wake cycles, and for kids, it’s especially sensitive. Going to bed at the RIGHT time EVERY night helps their brain produce melatonin, the hormone that signals that it’s time to sleep.
